House Rules & Other Policies
Checkin & Checkout
Check in is 2:00 pm (14:00) or after. If you plan on arriving after 11:00pm please text us at 40-740-700-107 to let us know.
Check out is 11:00 am. We ask you to respect that time especially during our busy times so rooms may be readied for the next occupants.
Children
We accept children over 8 years old to ensure a relaxing sojourn on the premises. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
Smoking
La Maison des Rêves is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only on our balconies, porches or terraces. Smoking within the property will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Pets
In consideration of guests and staff who suffer from allergies we are unable to accept pets of any kind. We thank you for respecting this policy.
Breakfast
Breakfast is no longer served in La Maison des Reves. Instead we have made available our gourmet kitchen for all your cooking needs including the grill outside.
Gate Schedule
The gates to our property are open between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm to ensure the safety of our guests.
If you arrive or return to the property after 10:00 pm, please make sure you lock the gates behind you.
SPA Schedule
Access to the SPA (jacuzzi & sauna) is allowed between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm (16:00 to 18:00) and again between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm (19:00 to 21:00). Minimum 2 persons.
Please contact us to let us know if you would like to use the SPA facilities. Please make a note that there is an extra cost associated with these services and it is NOT included in the reantal amount.
Glass materials are not allowed inside the SPA house.
Rooms & Rates
Our room rates are usually the same whether single or double occupancy. Varying factors may affect the pricing, such as mountain view, midweek, time of year, and special events.
All rooms allow only 2 guests per room. We do not offer cots or roll away beds or allow sleeping bags or inflatable beds.
Minimum Night Stays
We require at all times a minimum of two (2) night stay.
Rates are subject to change.
Reduced Stay
If you are reducing a stay that has a minimum night stay requirement or is within the cancellation period, you are responsible for full payment.
Cancellation Policy
Our Non-Refundable Rate can not be cancelled or modified in any way after booking.
FREE cancellation 30 days or more before check-in.
As a small, family run facility, we do NOT overbook and require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We cannot be responsible for illness (including COVID-19), family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather.
Deposits
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve a stay at La Maison des Rêves. Our non-refundable rate requires full payment at the time of booking.
If you have questions about our deposit policy, please call us at 40-740-700-107 for clarification before making your reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time your reservation is made.
